Patient Care Co-ordinators
Miss Margaret Beavis
Miss Anne Borja
Our Patient Care Co-ordinators act as the primary point of contact for the patients.
They communicate with the patients about their ongoing or newly identified health care needs. They will monitor the provision of services available for the patient.
They understand the importance of listening to the patients and respects their rights.
Patients feel that they have a contact and they feel that someone does care and this is their lifeline. The care co-ordinators will work closely with a wide range of Health and Social Care Professionals and Organisations. Their priority is the welfare and care of our patients.
