ONLINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING
GP appointments can be booked online using Patient Access, and myGP App.
Currently the nurse appointments can only be booked via telephone. Further information regarding Nurse led clinics and services can be found in the Services section of this website.
Online Patient Access will enable you to set up a personal account which will create a secure and dedicated login for you to access our clinical system. You will be able to make online appointment bookings with our doctors; see repeat prescriptions and select them for re-order. We hope to expand this to cover other areas of access in the future

Registering for Patient Access
As you can appreciate the registration process has to be carefully monitored and authorized. This is to ensure that your personal medical information can only be accessed by you.
To register please visit the Surgery and bring the documents below to confirm your identity:
Photo Identification- Passport or Driving License
Address Confirmation - Confirmation of address include : utility bill, Bank Statement, Council Tax Bill or rental agreement.
We can generate a Registration Offer letter which will detail your login username and password only after confirming your identity.
Once you are in possession of this letter you can easily set up the account from home by following the simple instructions provided.
