In order to register, please complete our online form by clicking the button below. Alternatively you can request a paper copy available from our reception. Please note once the online registration form is submitted, you will need to visit the practice with ID and proof of address to complete the registration process. The reception team will call you to offer a complimentary healthcheck as part of the registration process

Temporary Patient Registration

If you are visiting the area and require immediate and necessary treatment, you will need to register as a temporary patient. Please visit Begg Practice - St John's Hill Surgery in person to complete a Temporary Resident Registration Form, or you can complete our form online(please note that you will need to present the practice with ID after completing the form).


Register for Temporary Services


You can be registered as a temporary patient for up to three months. This will allow you to be on the local practice list and still remain a patient of your permanent GP. After three months you will have to re-register as a temporary patient or permanently register with that practice to continue availing medical services.
